Tour to small town in southern Poland, Wadowice is best known as the birthplace of Pope John Paul II. You can visit his home, later converted into museum. Inside the house “where it all began” you may see a rich collection of family memorabilia. Exhibition contains variety of possessions such as furniture, oven, table, belongings etc.

The town has been the site of ermanent settlement since the 10th or 11th century and was once a regional center of crafts and trade. Nowadays Wadowice Town is visited by almost 0,5 million tourists every year. The most important place to see there is a house where Karol was born and spend all his childhood and youth. Wadowice is known also from Pope’s favorite cake – cream-cake ‘kremowka’ which You can try there in every cake shop.
